MIT Technology Review Innovators Under 35 Asia Pacific 2020

iHealthtech PhD student Carine Lim has been honoured in the MIT Technology Review Innovators Under 35 Asia Pacific, as one of 20 top innovators in the region.

The Innovators Under 35 is a peer-reviewed annual award published by MIT Technology Review magazine to honour exceptionally talented young innovators whose work has the greatest potential to transform the world.

Carine is a team member in Asst Prof Shao Huilin’s group and her recent work in developing an accurate blood-based detection for Alzheimer’s disease was published in Nature Communications and widely covered in the major news media. Together with other honourees, she will present a three-minute elevator pitch at EmTech Asia on 25 – 26 February 2020 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
