Warmest congratulations to iHealthtech Assistant Professor Catherine Ong on being elected to the ESCMID – European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases Study Group for Mycobacterial Infections (ESGMYC)’s Executive Committee for 2022-2024! Dr Ong serves as the secretary, alongside four other eminent international experts, in the committee.
ESGMYC’s objective is to improve the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of infection due to mycobacteria, including tuberculosis, leprosy and infections due to non-tuberculous mycobacteria.
