World-leading materials research at NUS

At iHealthtech, our scientists are continuously pushing boundaries to develop innovative health technologies that benefit patients, doctors and society. We welcome scientists from all over the world to work with us through interdisciplinary research collaborations. In the recent Nature Index 2021 Materials Science supplement published on 30 June 2021, NUS was placed 7th in the world for its materials science research output. Notably, two of our principal investigators, iHealthtech Director Prof Lim Chwee Teck and Asst Prof Benjamin Tee, are selected for highlight as the pioneering scientists at NUS Engineering, NUS Science and NUS research institutes.
